The MDVN52 Eco5 was created to offer strong airflow capability in a compact package to handle tougher jobs and complete tasks faster (5200lpm at 7bar and up to 3100lpm at 14bar). The compressor features a 42kW Hatz Stage V diesel engine with a max speed of 2300 RPM. To ensure fuel savings, the pneumatic control system automatically adjusts engine revs based on the required air delivery. The MDVN52 Eco5 is capable of operating in extreme weather conditions, ranging from -10°C to +55°C, and can deliver compressed air temperature ranging from ambient +8°C (with optional onboard aftercooler) to ambient +40°C standard.

Offering the optimum dimension-to-power ratio, the ROTAIR MDVN52 Eco5 is lightweight and compact. Its electro-galvanized bodywork and chassis with advanced painting procedure ensure long-term durability. The oversized separator filter provides efficient air/oil separation, resulting in a low ppm, while a single-stage oversized air filter allows effective air intake filtration. The combined radiator facilitates cooling for both the compressor oil and the engine liquid. An "intelligent system" start/stop feature prevents the risk of incorrect operation during specific functions.

Additionally, the MDVN52 Eco5 compressors can come with options, such as:

• Line lubricator that provides automatic lubrication to air-operated pneumatic tools to prevent rust and corrosion and steer the tools to have a smoother more effective operation, and prolongs lifespan.
• Control with clogging sensor for engine air filter to avoid bad air supply and deliver maximum efficiency of the diesel engine and correct pressure of the supplied compressed air.
